Garren teaches cooking classes for individuals, couples, families, children, teens, and groups. All classes are designed with health and wellness in mind and emphasize “slow food” as an alternative to fast food and the use of over-processed products. From basic cooking to specific interests, you decide what you want to learn. Work one-on-one with a Nutritionist/Chef and learn how to plan, shop, and prepare healthful meals and snacks. Classes are designed to provide demonstration, along with an opportunity for hands-on learning, questions and answers. No cooking experience necessary. Classes can be held at Garren's office or in your home, if you wish. Recipes, tips/suggestions, and samples are provided regardless of location. Cooking Class Topics include: - Whole Seasonal Foods

Cooking classes (per session) are $125.00 for individuals & couples and $150.00 for groups.
